Dear brothers-in-arms of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine!
Please accept my sincere congratulations on your professional holiday.
Your service begins where calm ends for others. You are the first to face challenges—and the first to repel them. At the state border, on the front line, in the hottest spots—you stand where the security of the country is decided.
Today, a Ukrainian border guard is not only a protector of the frontier. It is a warrior who holds the line, covers comrades, and acts decisively and precisely. Your endurance, vigilance, and strength are a daily guarantee that Ukraine will stand firm.
We bow our heads to those who gave their lives for Ukraine. Their sacrifice lives on in every step we take forward.
Сьогодні український прикордонник — це не лише охоронець рубежів. Це воїн, який тримає лінію, прикриває побратимів, діє рішуче і точно. Ваша витримка, пильність і сила — це щоденна гарантія того, що Україна вистоїть.

Dear specialists of the Topographic Service of the Armed Forces of Ukraine,
We sincerely congratulate you on your professional holiday!
Modern warfare is about precision — and it is you who ensure it. Every operation begins with your calculations, data, and decisions. You transform space into a system of coordinates in which the Ukrainian military operates confidently, coherently, and effectively.

Dear servicemen and women of the National Guard of Ukraine. Please accept my sincere congratulations on your professional holiday.
You are where it is hardest: on the front line, in cities and villages, in the fight against the enemy and in safeguarding the peace of our citizens. Today, the National Guard is a force that sustains the internal resilience of the state and, together with fellow defenders, confidently destroys the enemy on the battlefield.
Your endurance, determination, and devotion to service are the foundation on which Ukraine’s security stands.

Where the enemy relies on chaos, disorganization, and fear, the Security Service of Ukraine acts with precision, systematically, and ahead of the curve.
In times of full-scale war, your service carries special weight. It is daily work where professionalism, vigilance, a cool head, and the ability to neutralize threats in a timely manner are decisive. It is precisely this kind of strength—composed, responsible, and resolute—that helps the state endure, protect its people, and thwart the enemy’s plans.
Honor to the comrades who stand in defense of the state with intellect, will, and honor. Thank you for your service, resilience, and dedication to Ukraine!

On January 29, we honor the heroic act that became a turning point in our national history.
In January 1918, a group of young Ukrainians — cadets, students, and high school pupils — voluntarily stood against a vastly superior enemy. They lacked numbers and combat experience but possessed unbreakable determination to defend their state. Their choice was not about chances, but about dignity. And that is why it became a symbol for generations.
Today, just like back then, Ukraine is fighting for its freedom. But now we are stronger: with an army that has experience and the trust of the people; with youth ready to defend; with officers who understand their responsibility not only on the battlefield, but also in everyday decisions.

January 22 has become a symbol of the historic choice of Ukrainians — to stand together regardless of borders, differences, or external pressure. Unity is not only about territorial integrity; above all, it is our shared responsibility for the future of the state, for preserving national identity, freedom, and dignity.
Today, this idea is facing its greatest trial. Ukraine is once again defending its right to exist, to determine its own path of development, and to ensure the security of its citizens. In this struggle, unity is reflected in the solidarity between the front line and the home front, in mutual support, and in society’s ability to remain resilient despite pain and loss.

A NATO expert group has completed an institutional audit of Ukraine’s professional military education (PME) system, conducted throughout 2025. The international experts’ principal conclusion was the recognition of Ukraine’s significant and convincing progress in bringing its military training system closer to Alliance standards, despite the challenges of russia’s full-scale armed aggression.
The purpose of the audit was to review the recommendations issued in 2020 and assess the readiness of higher military education institutions to certify courses in accordance with NATO standards.
The audit was conducted in several stages, ranging from institutional self-assessments to the expert group's direct review activities in the autumn of 2025. The analysis covered the regulatory framework, educational programmes, and the governance system.
